Wei, shy a?

Her given name can sometimes be formed into a question, namely Wei, shy a?, in case you didn’t know. She officially age every 26 October and is currently 20. She is from Subang Jaya, Selangor, a place she truly calls home albeit the stinking high price for a bowl of classic Pan Mee.

She loves desserts and good books. The kind of books where the plots aren't predictably boring or anti-climaxish. When she tells you that she adores Jodi Piccoult, Nicholas Sparks and is currently reading The Time Traveller’s Wife, you should get an inkling to what genres she is fond of.

She thinks pessimism is more an aspect of her character rather than an inevitable consequence of the consistent emphasis on pessimistic expectations in life.

She has been exiled for 10 months every year to pursue her reverie in accounting at Cinallege, Lalaland. And when she says exiled, it really does feel that way. At times it seems that accounting is the best decision she has ever made in my life, and at other times it feels like the biggest mistake in the nearly two decades that she has lived. She thinks it depends on the workload on that particular day. Cinallege isn’t known for mercy. Whatever it is, she’s taking it one day at a time and complaining all the way, because she is secretly amused by how miserable a cina oriented college can sometimes make her.

She is disgruntled with life but contented enough, but has an affinity for (in no particular order) star gazing, long walks, taking pictures of food, sleeping, doing nothing, digging into her movie archives, novels, going new places, misplacing possessions, falling into drains and so many more. She is always keen in learning new things and love/hate challenges because she is an egotistical maniac at heart.
