That nap was not nearly as long as I would have liked.

Normally, I would hand wash my clothes. As meticulous and time consuming as it is cos I sayang my baju. Today, oh today, is an exception cos I simply boh si kan to squat in the dingy wash area amongst baldi yang berjenis-jenis warna soaking underclothing yang lebih la berwarna-warni. Not after that horrible Audit paper I barely survived. Also because forty cents is quite insignificant compared to the hassle involved.

YESS, IT’S FORTY FRICKIN CENTS PER WASH NOWWW.

Good dealsSystem malfunction alike must be taken advantage of as it doesn’t come by every other day. In fact, on normal days it cons my money wan leh. Hostel management is mad kiam siap. Unreliable internet line, uninspiring wall colour, better toilet cleaning services/procedures(where can clean sink with mop wan, so unhygienic okay), toilet doors without latches and toilet doors that appear as if its about to collapse any moment giving way to wood rot *insecure*

Anyway, as I was saying, a load of detergent scented garments, callous free hands from not pruning the last drop of water dry, avoiding excessive arm exercise from shaking wrinkles out and no sweating after for FORTY CENTS!

BENEFIT > COST & TIME

As a future accountant, I have to say, need to think samore ah. Err. Must weight out the fact that the machine stretches my garments with every wash and that the Laundry Room is located quite a distance away la......*lazy*

Anyway, while waiting for my laundry to spin dry...here’s post about absolutely nothing to tell you that in the midst of the ongoing finals, drowning in ACCA books, post-its, and deranged sleeping hours and untimely snacking, I am (still) alive.

Okay, babai.

P/s: Dear citizens of hostel who visits this rant page, Chinese New Year is within sight. Which means time ta spring clean! Bawak your sheets, curtains, floor rugs, kolourful underwear and your roommate’s plant cactus for a wash :D
